I went to WSC after graduating from OHS. I graduated in 1971 earning a BS Degree in Sociology. I have worked in several fields government, banking and education. In 1992 Jesse Brent Ware and I married . We are JB and BJ (Betty Jane). We have flourished in 23+ years. He is definitely a keeper. When we were married Jess had 4 children I had 6. They are all grown up now and we have 20 grand children. I enjoy taking lovely walks in our beautiful Excelsior Springs, MO, making all occasion cards for family and friends, helping Jess with home renovations, family fun and enjoying life. I'm so looking forward to our 50th class reunion. It will be wonderful to see OHS friends again and meet those I don't know. |

David and I were married prior to our graduation and we recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. Five children, their spouses and 19 grandchildren attended our celebration in Kauaii, Hawaii! We are so blesssed! Our children are all functioning adults with no addictions but instead educations, great families, jobs all knowing they are loved. We believe we are the longest married couple to graduate from OHS in 1968 (Dave graduated from CHS in 1963). We started our public adjusting company in 1988, leaving Utah to begin in Arizona. We operate in nine states now. It may be time to retire but ... our clients need us! |

After graduating from Weber State, I joined the Air Force (better than being drafted) and served as a navigator on active duty for eight years. I was stationed in California, Florida, and Thailand. I left active duty after getting an MBA at U of West Florida, and took a job in Omaha, NE. We liked Omaha, but my company had a merger and moved us to Houston. We've been here for 29 years. My company was Enron, and it was a great company to work for until the thugs took over. I've worked for a couple of other companies since Enron went away. I'm still working, but strongly contemplating retirement. I was in the Air Force reserve for another 22 years, and retired with 30 years commissioned service. I married Joyce Stewart (OHS '67) in 1969, and we have four children. Our three daughters, and all 13 grandchildren, live in the Houston area, so we are together a lot. |
