Comment: Reflecting back upon my days at OHS, it was a cherished time of childish innocence.  I never realized how wonderful those times were until I’d jumped out of the pan and into the fire.  I enlisted in the Air Force immediately following graduation…thought I’d had enough of school.  That experience certainly changed my perspective, Vietnam service and so on, and then I followed that up with some service time with the Army (just couldn’t get enough of the fun).  I decided it was time to return to school, attending Weber State, University of Utah, and the University of New Mexico (yes, I graduated).  I married Maranne Olsen (OHS ’65) and together we raised three sons and one beautiful daughter.  Retirement as an engineer came for me in 2004 and we have spent the years to present traveling the world.  It has been a journey.  Life is good.  Hope the same for all of my classmates.

Comment: I married Kenneth Groberg in 1968. We have 5 children four girls and one boy.  Out of those 5 children we have 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons.  Out of my 5 children four are living. I became a widow in November , 2013. I retired as a supersior from Campus Book Rentals March , 2015. I'm involved in a lot of activitys and life is great.

Comment: Have five kids and thirteen grandkids.  Graduated from BYU in Business Management (Don't hold that against me)  Started title company in 1974 and sold/retired ater 38 years. Golf with Belliston, Todd, Becker, Norseth, Burr, Christensen etal.  Ride Harley as often as I can.   Bucket list includes riding Harley in all 50 states. 29 down, 21 to go. I know, I better hurry.  Have two lovely hemorrhoids, Bob and Stan.

John Hansen

Comment: 50 years...no way!!!  Sorry I can't attend reunion but I send my best wishes to you all.  After graduation, I attended and graduated from the UofU in 1970.  Drafted shortly thereafter, I enlisted in the Air Force.  Little did I know at the time that I would still be wearing that uniform 32 years later.  Loved every minute of it!  Married Sue Noorda (OHS '68) and was blessed with three beautiful daughters and an amazing son.  Lost Sue to cancer in '88.  Married Linda Norton (Nashville, Tenn through Bonneville HS). Family added two step children.  Final tally: 6 children, 20 grandchildren, 2 great-grand children.  Despite a few bumps in the road, life has been good.  Slowing down now...waiting to see what tomorrow might bring.

Comment: I was on active duty with the Navy as a Corpsman stationed on Guam taking care of the medivacs from Vietnam for two years.  I was in the Naval Reserves for an additional 11 years 5 of which I was attached to the U.S. Marines.  I spent 20 years as a Special Agent Army Intelligence as a Reservist.
